2017-2018 Dues

The board voted Wednesday, October 4, 2017, to streamline the way dues are collected. Due to inconsistencies and less-than-perfect record keeping in the past, the board voted to set a deadline for dues (due by the May meeting for the following year), and also set a time for when invoices will be sent out to prospective members (April 1, or a little more than one month before they are due). This change from paying dues in arrears to pre-paying them created the situation where members would be required to pay their 17-18 dues and their 18-19 dues at the same time. To alleviate this, the board voted to forego collecting dues for the 2017-18 year.
